Dalla Terra alla Luna. L’arte in viaggio verso l’astro d’argento

From Wednesday 19 July the work La luna, il sole, la torre (1955) by Arnaldo Pomodoro will be exhibited at Palazzo Madama in Turin in an exhibition curated by Luca Beatrice and Marco Bazzini.

From Friday 19 July the work La luna, il sole, la torre (1955) by Arnaldo Pomodoro will be exhibited at Palazzo Madama in Turin in an exhibition curated by Luca Beatrice and Marco Bazzini.

Fifty years from the landing of the first man on the Moon, over 60 works including paintings, sculptures, photographs, drawings and design objects tell the influence of the silver star on art and artists from the nineteenth century to 1969. Among the works exhibited there will also be La luna, il sole, la torre (1955) by Arnaldo Pomodoro.
The exhibition, curated by Luca Beatrice and Marco Bazzini, is produced in collaboration between Palazzo Madama - Museo Civico d’Arte Antica and GAM - Galleria Civica d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Torino, with the contribution of the Piedmont Region.
